What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin Hair is human hair that is in its natural state. No chemical changes, no color, has not been processed, and all cuticles are intact. All hair sold by B. Capelli Hair is virgin hair.
What is the density of the wigs?
B. Capelli wigs are 180% density. Most wigs are between 100%-120%
Is the hairline on the wigs preplucked?
B. Capelli Wigs are natural at the hairline. The hairline are preplucked to create a natural look at the hairline.
Are the knots bleached on your product?
Yes, the knots are bleached.
How can I measure the length of the hair?
B. Capelli Hair should be measured to the fall of the hair. Start at the root and measure to the ends of the hair. Body Wave, Deep Wave, Curly and Kinky Curl hair must be measured by pulling the hair straight.
How much does the bundle weigh?
Each bundle weighs 95-100grams
What grade is the hair?
Our grade is within the range of the highest grade. Our grade range from 7A to 8A grade.
How many bundles do I need?
For a full head of hair, we recommend at least two bundles. If you are ordering bundles longer than 20″, we recommend three bundles.
How long does the hair usually last?
It depends how well the hair is maintained. The standard life span is anywhere from one year to two years.
Can I dye the hair?
Yes. Our hair is 100% virgin human hair and has never been processed. B. Capelli hair can absolutely be dyed.
How do I pay for the hair?
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We have a standard 4-5 business days processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of received your package.
