Owners would purchase a quality wig from a particular vendor and within a couple months purchase another one, but would be extremely disappointed when the wig received were not of the same quality. All wigs on the Market are either 130 density and in some cases 150 density. The Owners of B.Capelli were tired of paying an excess of an additional 50.00 to receive an 180 density wig. The owners were very disappointed once the wig were colored and the integrity of the hair was compromised. Due to all the owners frustration B.Capelli was born.
